This Object Contemplates The Works Necessary To Complete The Reform And Improvement Works Of Various Elements. - Action 1: Change Of Profiles Of The Central Body And Modification Of The Main Access. The Existing Profiles Are Replaced By Ones With Better Energy Behavior In Aluminum With Thermal Break. The Intervention Modifies The Configuration Of The Facade At The Main Access Point Of The Building In Order To Widen The Existing Gate, Make It Accessible And Provide It With A Double Door That Functions As A Thermal Cushion.-Action 4: Expansion Of The Ground Floor Slab In Order To Increase The Warehouse Located On The First Floor And Eliminate The Residual Void Between The Landing Of The Stairs And The Closure That Delimits The Warehouse.
