The Ordering Party Notes That As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: The Offered Price For The Performance Of All Works Constituting The Entire Subject Of The Order, Performance Of Activities And Works Resulting From The Design Documentation And The Offer Cost Estimate Prepared In A Detailed Method.
