If The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Order By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, It Should Be Understood That Equivalent Solutions May Be Used. This Provision Also Applies To All Types Of Standards To Which The Ordering Partys Institution Refers In The Procedure Documentation.5.8.2. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Construction Materials That Are Listed In The Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities And Detailed Technical Specifications, Provided That The Equivalent Materials Will Have At Least The Same Technical Parameters Or Better Than The Materials Listed In The Above-Mentioned Documents. 5.8.3.
