The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled Design And Build Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Multi-Functional Pavilion Building Located In The Ulina Park Recreation Complex To Include A Backstage Area For The Auditorium.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Performance Of All Works, Activities And Works Necessary To Perform The Investment Task, Including: A) Development Of Design Documentation:  Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Connectors To The Construction Design, To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Task,  Technical Design Divided Into Industries,  Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Investor Cost Estimates With Bills Of Quantities. B) Development Of Executive Designs For Each Industry, In The Scope Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Task, 2) Obtaining The Final Decisions Necessary For The Implementation, Including Building Permits Issued By The Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Authority, Opinions, Expert Opinions And Permits And Guidelines, Together With Carrying Out Authors Supervision And Carrying Out All Necessary Acceptances And Completing Full Documentation In Order For The Ordering Party To Obtain A Decision On The Permit To Use The Facility/Reporting The Completion Of Works. 3) Comprehensive Implementation Of Construction Works Based On Documentation Approved By The Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Authority, Swz, Contract And In Accordance With Applicable Law And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With 2 Complete Copies Of Design Documentation Identical To The Version Approved By The Architectural And Construction Administration Body In A Paper Version And In An Electronic Version On An Electronic Data Carrier.4. In Addition, The Scope Of The Subject Of The Agreement Includes: 1) Providing Full Geodetic Services During The Execution Of The Order And Performing A Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory Of The Task, 2) The Contractors Provision Of The Task Of Managers Of Relevant Industries Responsible For Managing Construction Works, With Appropriate Authorizations Required By Construction Law, 3) The Contractors Provision Of Designers Of Appropriate Industries Responsible For Developing Design Documentation, Having Appropriate Authorizations Required By Construction Law, 4) Providing A Set Of Documents From The Contractor Necessary For Reporting Commencement Of Construction At The Construction Supervision Authority, 5) Handing Over The Subject Of The Contract To The Ordering Party On The Terms Specified In The Agreement, 6) Exercising Authors Supervision Throughout The Entire Contract Implementation Period, 7) Preparing, Completing And Handing Over To The Ordering Party As-Built Documentation In The Form Of A Report, Containing An As-Built Geodetic Inventory, 8) Ensuring Natural (Ornith
