The Subject Of The Order Is: Change Of Use Together With The Reconstruction Of The Former School Building Into The Regional Center For Ecological Education Chernozem Treasure In Ślipcz As Part Of The Project Entitled: Polish-Swiss Urban Development Program. The Order Consists Of The Following Stages: Stage I1. Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of The School Building Into The Main Building. The Project Includes Adapting The School Building Into Educational Rooms And Rebuilding Them. The Conditions Of Fire Safety And Hygiene And Sanitation Are Subject To Change By Adapting Them To The Currently Applicable Regulations. The Reconstruction Includes A New Division Of The Interior, Adaptation Of Doors, Separation Of Sanitary Rooms, Construction Of A New Entrance Area - Stairs And Driveways, Terraces, Elevator, With The Implementation Of New Finishing Elements (Floors, Plasters And Paints), Construction Of A New Facade With Insulation, Construction Of A New Roof Covering, Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Installation Elements And Permanent Equipment. As Part Of The Planned Reconstruction, Sanitary Sewage Installations, Cold Water Installations, Domestic Hot Water Installations, Hydrant Installations, Central Heating Installations, Cooling Installations (Cold Storage Room), Electrical Installations, Including: Lv Pre-Meter Cable Line, Internal Power Lines, Electrical Panels, Basic Lighting Installations, Emergency Lighting Installations, Plug Socket Installations, Grounding Installation, Lightning Protection Installation, Photovoltaic, Telecommunications Installation, Overvoltage And Electric Shock Protection, Fire Protection. Existing Building With Dimensions Of 33.30X44.79 M, Low Building [N] With A Height Of 8.14 M. The Building Has An L Shape, One Primary Wing Made Of Wood, The Second Wing Added In Brick Technology. A One-Story Building With A Partial Basement, With An Attic, With A Simple Shape.2. Development Of The Surrounding Area.
