The Delivered Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New, Unused, Of The First Quality, Meet The Quality Requirements Specified By The Manufacturer Of The Given Product And The Ordering Party And Guarantee Safety, Functionality And Reliability Of Use Within The Scope Of Its Intended Use.3. The Subject Of The Order Within A Given Product Item Should Be The Same In Terms Of Type, Type, Features, Model And Manufacturer.4. All Formalities Such As Activation Of The Warranty Or Registration Of The Subject Of The Order With The Manufacturer Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor.5.
