Project Titled Construction Of A Warehouse Hall For The Civil Defense Of The Zamość Commune Is Carried Out As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 4. The Task Includes: • Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining A Valid Building Permit Or Notification, • Execution Of Construction Works, • Provision Of Surveying Services, Preparation Of As-Built Inventory - 5 Copies. • Preparation Of As-Built Documentation With Insignificant Changes Introduced By The Designer - 2 Copies.• Development Of A Replacement Design In The Event Of A Significant Change Along With Obtaining A New Building Permit Or Notification (If Any),• Preparation Of An As-Built Cost Estimate - 2 Copies.• Carrying Out Technical Acceptance And Obtaining A Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit. Complete Design Documentation Must Be Approved By The Ordering Party And, After Obtaining Approval, It Must Be Submitted Together With The Application To The Appropriate Institution In Order To Obtain A Building Permit Decision Or Notification. The Documentation Must Be Prepared In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454). The Contractor May Commence The Performance Of Construction Works After The Ordering Party Has Accepted The Design Documentation And After Obtaining The Final Permit Decision. For Construction Or Notification. All Costs Related To The Preparation Of Studies And Obtaining Decisions, Arrangements, Opinions And The Cost Of Carrying Out Individual Activities Must Be Included In The Total Value Of The Order And Are Not Subject To Separate Payment. Design Documentation Must Be Developed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, The Construction Law, Relevant Regulations, Technical Conditions And Standards. The Detailed Scope Of Investment Implementation, The Scope Of Design Work And Construction Works Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Which Is An Annex To The Swz.
