A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes: No. 3 To The Swz Called Functional And Utility Program (Ffu).5. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Specification Of The Terms Of Order, The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524), The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), As Well As Other Documents Developed For The Purposes Of This Order And Applicable Regulations And Standards, Construction Practice, Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Ensuring Safe And Hygienic Working Conditions, Including For Neighboring Users Active Facilities (1St Secondary School In Namysłów, Psychological And Pedagogical Counseling Center, Service And Catering Facility) As Well As Roads And Adjacent Areas.6. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 7. If The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Order (I.E. In Designs, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities, Lists, Forms) Includes Manufacturers Names, Patents, Brands, Trademarks, Or Technical Approvals, Standards, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That The Technical, Quality And Utility Parameters Are Maintained At The Same Level Or Better Than Those Indicated In The Documentation And Do Not Lead To A Change In Technology.
