1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Warehouse Intended For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense, Including A Storage Part And Rooms Intended For Providing Humanitarian Aid, Which Will Be Located In The Town Of Potryty, On Plot No. 45/5, Potryty District, Jeziorany Commune, Consisting In Particular Of: 1) Preparatory And Earthworks, 2) Insulation Of Foundations, 3) Construction Of The Building Structure, 4) Construction Of The Building Envelope, 5) Execution Carpentry And Construction Joinery, 6) Installation Of Floors, 7) Installation Of Under-Floor Installations, I.E. Water Supply Installations, Sanitary Sewage Installations, Under-Floor Central Heating Installations, Culverts And Transitions For Electrical Installations. 2. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annexes No. 7.1 - 7.2 To The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. The Bills Of Quantities Constitute Attachments No. 8.1 - 8.2 To The Swz And Are Treated Only As Illustrative Material And Do Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 103 Pzp. 3. Design Documentation Or Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works May Indicate Trademarks Or Origin For Some Materials, Products Or Equipment Elements. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials, Products Or Equipment Elements Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Or Bills Of Quantities, Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Decisions Obtained, Ensure That Parameters Are Obtained At Least At The Same Level As Those Assumed In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Or Bills Of Quantities, And Are Not Inferior In Terms Of: 1) Utilitarian Nature Understood As The Identity Of The Function, 2) Technical Parameters Understood As Strength And Durability, 3) Safety Parameters Of Use. 4. In Each Case When The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems In The Swz, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed. 5. All Materials And Products Used During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be New And Meet The Marking And Conformity Assessment Requirements Specified In The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Construction Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213). 6. The Equipment Elements Delivered By The Contractor As Part Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Free From Technical Defects, Approved For Trading And Use, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Swz. 7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Maintain Order And Caution During The Execution Of The Subje
