3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Adaptation Of Rooms At Zsp No. 4 In Łowicz As Part Of The Project Entitled: Logistic Tandem: Forwarder And Trader. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Projects Entitled: Task Implemented As Part Of The Project: Logistic Tandem: Forwarder And Trader, Project No. Feld.08.08-Iz.00-0068/24-00, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027.3.2. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Construction Practice. The Offer Must Include The Costs Related To The Organization Of The Work Site, Ensuring That The Work Is Managed By Persons With Appropriate Authorizations, The Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of All Necessary Materials, The Performance Of Inspections, Tests, Tests - If Necessary, And The Collection Of Documents Required By Law. It Will Be The Contractors Responsibility To Complete The Necessary Documents And Complete All Procedures. 3.3.
