The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Within The Meaning Of Art. 7 Point 28 Of The Public Procurement Law, Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation For The Implementation Of Tasks Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program In Bydgoszcz, Covering 3 Tasks: 1) Task No. 1 Entitled: Construction Of An Additional Technical Service Point For The University Hospital No. 23 From The Side Of Ujejejska Street, 2) Task No. 2 Entitled: Expansion Of The Road On The Extension Of Słowiańska Street, 3) Task No. 3 Entitled: Reconstruction Of Powstańców Listopadowego Street.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope And Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Described In: 1) The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement With Annexes, Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Including: A) Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) With Attachments - Annex No. 2 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, 2) Template Of The Offer Form - Annex No. 2 To The Swz.3. The Order Will Be Implemented In Multiple Stages And Includes The Following Implementation Stages, The Provisions Of Which Are Detailed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order: Stage 1A, Stage 1B, Stage 2, Stage 3, Stage 4, Stage 5 And Stage 6.4. The Basic Order Will Include Stages 1 To 3 And Stages 5 To 6. The Detailed Scope Of Work Covered By The Basic Order Is Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.
