The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Comprehensive Organization And Conduct Of A Two-Day Training For Employees Of The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Katowice Entitled: Effective Internal And External Communication In A Public Institution. The Service Includes In Particular: A) Providing Transport To The Destination And Back, B) Providing Training Rooms With Equipment Necessary To Conduct The Training, C) Providing Substantive Training Support (Suitably Qualified Staff) In The Area Of Customer Service External And Internal, D) Preparation Of Training Materials, E) Technical Support During The Training, F) Providing Catering And Accommodation Services, G) Carrying Out All Other Duties Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Number Of Participants Is From 150 To 250 People. The Minimum Guaranteed Number Of Participants Is 150 People. The Maximum Number Of Participants Is 250 People.
