The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New, Unused Van/Microbus Passenger Car With A Fully Electric Drive, Adapted To Transport People With Disabilities, Including Two People In Wheelchairs. The Vehicle Must Be Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Approved For Traffic In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland And Have A Homologation Enabling The Transport Of Disabled Persons. The Ordering Party Requires A 9-Seater Vehicle (8 Passengers + Driver). The Structure Used To Transport People With Disabilities And The Installation Of A Hydraulic/Pneumatic Lift Cannot Limit The Functionality Of The Vehicle Or Reduce The Number Of Seats Required By The Ordering Party. The Vehicle Must Be Structurally Adapted To Install An Automatic (Cassette) Side Step For People With Disabilities, While Maintaining Full Ability To Overcome Speed Bumps.
