The Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In Such A Way As To Enable The Ordering Party, On Its Basis, To Obtain A Decision Permitting The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid) Based On The Act On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads And Conducting A Public Procurement Procedure For The Construction Of The Facility.
