The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of Prefabricated Foundation Footings, Delivery And Installation Of 58 Pieces Of Brand New Bus Shelters In The Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Namysłów Commune. 2. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Construction Works Related To The Installation Of Prefabricated Foundation Footings. The Installation Of Prefabricated Foundation Footings Will Be Carried Out By The Ordering Party On Its Own. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 4. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Supplied Bus Shelters For A Period Of 60 Months From The Date Of The Final Acceptance Report. 5. The Contractor Undertakes To Obtain All Information Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order. 6. Reasons For Not Dividing The Contract Into Parts: Excessive Technical Difficulties, Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution And Difficulties In Coordinating The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract, Which Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Execution Of The Contract. The Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts Does Not Impede The Accessibility Of The Order To Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises Due To The Value Of The Order. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And The Offer.
