2.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Renovation Construction Works On The Sanitary And Wardrobe Facilities In The Building Of The Lower Silesian Philharmonic. Ludomira Różycki In Jelenia Góra, Located At Ul. Piłsudskiego 60 In 58-500 Jelenia Góra. The Works Will Include The Renovation Of 15 Sanitary Rooms And 1 Dressing Room.2.2 The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: 2.2.1 Replacement Of Wall And Floor Coverings, 2.2.2 Painting Of Walls And Ceilings, 2.2.3 Sanitary And Electrical Installation Works, 2.2.4 White Assembly, 2.2.5 Removal And Disposal Of Construction Waste, 2.2.6 Securing And Fencing The Work Area, 2.2.7 Locating And Preparing The Construction Site Facilities According To Your Needs And At Your Own Expense, 2.2.8 Ensuring Supervision Of The Property At Your Own Expense, 2.2.9 Bearing Full Responsibility For The Application And Safety Of All Activities Carried Out On And Outside The Work Site And Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, 2.2.10 Tidying Up The Construction Site After The Completion Of The Works, The Construction Site And Adjacent Areas Occupied Or Used By The Contractor, Including Renovation At Your Own Expense Of Those Destroyed Or Damaged As A Result Of Works On Facilities, Roads Or Their Fragments, Surfaces Or Installations; 2.2.11 Design, Construction And Installation Of An Information Board In The Place And Indicated By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Guidelines Specified In The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 7, 2021 On Determining Information Activities Undertaken By Entities Implementing Tasks Financed Or Co-Financed From The State Budget Or State Earmarked Funds.
