The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Carrying Out Construction, Assembly And Installation Works Consisting In Unblocking And Repairing The Damaged Historic Combined Sewage System In The Design And Build Formula In Accordance With The Attached Functional And Utility Program (Annex No. 7 To Swz). Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation, Along With Obtaining All Administrative Decisions And Consents Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order, Including Reporting The Construction Or Obtaining A Building Permit, To The Extent Included In The Design Documentation And The Terms Of Reference, As Well As Preparing All Conservation And Archaeological Documentation Necessary Due To The Fact That The Facility On Which The Works Will Be Carried Out Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments.2) The Design Documentation Should Be Consulted And Agreed Upon By The Contractor And The Ordering Party At The Development Stage. The Lack Of Consultations And Agreements On The Adopted Solutions In The Design Documentation Entitles The Ordering Party To Request Changes To The Documentation At Each Stage Of The Investment At The Risk And Expense Of The Contractor.3) The Prepared Documentation Must Meet The Requirements Specified In Current Legal Regulations. The Documentation Should Include Stwior And Detailed Cost Estimates Covering All The Works Described In The Documentation And Constituting The Whole As One Settlement Element In The Schedule.4) The Execution Of Construction Works In The Design And Build System Will Be Based On The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor.5) The Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Notification And, If Necessary, A Building Permit Decision And Approved Design Documentation.6) The Order Should Be Made Of Materials Purchased And Delivered At The Contractors Own Expense.
