The Task Is Co-Financed By Pfron As Part Of The Program For Equalizing Differences Between Regions Iii In Area D.3. The Vehicle Must Be Brand New (Year Of Production 2025 - 2026), Bearing No Traces Of Use, Complete, Free From Defects, Including Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects, Ready And Fit For Use.4. The Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Resulting From The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, Including Road Traffic Regulations, Including In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251), Have A Certificate Of Compliance With Ce Standards And Meet The Minimum Requirements Of The Cee Euro 6 Directive In The Field Of Exhaust Emissions, As Well As Meet Any Other Requirements Resulting From The Generally Applicable Regulations. With The Delivery Of The Vehicle, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit: 1) 2 Sets Of Keys, 2) Operation And Use Instructions In Polish In Paper Form Along With Information On The Quantity And Type Of Oils And Operating Fluids Used In Individual Systems, 3) Vehicle Warranty Documents In Polish With Entries Consistent With The Provisions Of The Contract (Warranty Books/Warranty Cards) And The Principles Of The Manufacturers General Warranty Conditions, Specifying The Conditions For The Warranty And The Method Of Performance Of The Services. Warranty, As Well As A List Of Authorized Service Points Providing Warranty Services - In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Warranty Document And The Provisions Of The Contract, The Provisions Of The Contract Shall Prevail, 4) Other Documentation Necessary To Register And Record The Vehicle In The Relevant Authorities, Including The Communication Department Competent For The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, 5) Other Documents Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Required By Law.6. A Detailed Technical Description Of The Car - Minimum Requirements, Which Is The Subject Of The Order, Is Included In Annex No. 3 To Swz.7. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.8. Under This Contract, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Train Persons Designated By The Ordering Party To Handle The Subject Of The Contract. Such Training Must End On The Day Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract And Take Place At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Cost Of The Training Is Fully Borne By The Contractor. 9. The Required Minimum Warranty Period For The Offered Vehicle Is 24 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Vehicle, With No Mileage Limit.
