Subject Of The Order: Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And Renovation Of 6 Municipal Residential Premises With The Separation Of A Bathroom And Accompanying Works Under The Design And Build Procurement Procedure In The Following Locations: Ul. Łokietka 21 M 9 Ul. Mazurska 14 M 2 Ul. Karola Miarki 7 M 8 Ul. Narutowicza 4 M 2 Ul. Radogoska 15 M 9A Ul. Radogoska 15 M 18 The Task Will Involve The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And The Installation Of A Central Heating System With A Gas-Fired Condensing Boiler Or An Electric Boiler, The Separation And Construction Of A Bathroom And The Renovation Of Residential Premises Owned By The Municipality Of Szczecin, Together With The Required Arrangements And Obtaining A Final Building Permit In The Design And Build Mode. The Premises To Be Renovated Have An Area Of 33.46 M2 To 82.01 M2, Are Free From People And Property, And Are In An Uninhabitable Condition. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, All Necessary Opinions And Arrangements, Including Chimney Sweep Opinions And Resolutions (If Necessary) For The Execution Of The Order And All Necessary Data For Design, Opinions, Measurements, Permits, Arrangements And Checks Of Design Solutions To The Extent Resulting From Regulations.
