The Planned Investment Includes: • Task 1: Construction Of An External Rainwater Drainage System With A Connection To Inter-Block Spaces, • Task 2: Development Of The Area Of Courtyards And Inter-Block Spaces Consisting In Organizing Pedestrian And Vehicular Communication, Replacing Paved Surfaces, • Task 3: Construction Of An Energy Connection For Lighting With The Installation Of Poles And Lighting Fixtures. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is For Auxiliary Purposes Only And Determines The Approximate Scope Of Works To Be Performed Under The Order. The Contractor Should Prepare A Price Offer Based On His Own Analysis Of The Entire Technical Documentation And Calculate The Quantities Adequate To The Scope Of Works Provided For In The Subject Of The Order.
