In Jasionka, As Well As Removing Faults And Performing Current Repairs. If, During The Term Of The Contract Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor, The Contractors Liability Insurance Policy Is Coming To An End, Then The Contractor Is Obliged To Extend The Existing Policy Or Conclude A New Policy On Its Own And At Its Own Expense Without The Ordering Partys Request. The Contractor Is Obliged To Send The Ordering Party A New Policy No Later Than 3 Days Before The End Of The Old Policy.
