Tenders Are Invited For Removal Of Products Containing Asbestos From The Zambrów Commune

1. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is A Service Consisting In The Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Hazardous Waste Containing Asbestos From Real Estate In The Zambrów Commune. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Approximately 316.86 Mg Of Waste Containing Asbestos From Properties Located In The Zambrów Commune (Waste Removed From Roofs, Placed On Properties On Pallets Or In Big Bags; If The Asbestos Is Not Prepared In The Above-Mentioned Manner, The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Secure And Collect The Asbestos). The Indicated Quantity Is An Estimate And May Change Depending On The Unit Price Indicated By The Contractor. 2. A List Containing The Addresses Of Properties From Which Hazardous Waste Containing Asbestos Should Be Collected Will Be Made Available To The Contractor After Signing The Contract. 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Notify The Property Owner At Least 3 Days Before The Planned Waste Collection Date. 4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Owner Of The Property From Which The Waste Will Be Collected With A Waste Transfer Report. 5. The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Damage To Property And To Third Parties Arising In Connection With The Implementation Of This Order. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order With The Utmost Care, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including The Regulations Regarding The Management Of Waste Containing Asbestos, As Well As With His Knowledge And Experience, Maintaining The Highest Professional Level, Quality And Organization Of Work. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Execute The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 8. The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed By The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management As Part Of The Task National Program For Financing The Removal Of Asbestos-Containing Products. Part 1) Projects In The Field Of Dismantling, Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Asbestos-Containing Waste, In Accordance With Municipal Programs For The Removal Of Asbestos And Asbestos-Containing Products.
