Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of Existing Lighting In The Tarnówka Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Street Lighting Fixtures As Part Of The Preliminary Promise Obtained For The Task Entitled: Modernization Of Existing Lighting In The Tarnówka Commune. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Modernization Of 232 Non-Energy-Saving (Sodium) Luminaires By Replacing Them With Complete Led Luminaires That Guarantee The Possibility Of Remote Control Without Additional Modification Of The Luminaire And At The Same Time Have The Following Certificates: Enec, Enec+, Zd4i Or Equivalent. The Contractor Will Deliver And Install New Fixtures Manufactured In The European Union Or New Fixtures Approved For Use In The European Union. Implementation Of The Investment Through The Modernization Of The Road Lighting System In The Tarnówka Commune Will Increase The Efficiency Of Lighting Devices, Their Modernity And Reliability, And Will Allow Rational And Effective Spending Of The Communes Funds On Tasks Related To The Lighting Of Roads In The Tarnówka Commune. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In Annex No. 6 To Swz.3. Note!!!The Scope Of The Order Covers All Devices Owned By Enea Ozdrowienie Sp. Z O. O. In Accordance With The Position Of Enea Ozdrowienie Sp. Z O. O. No. Wea25e002094 Of May 8, 2025, The Consent Of Enea Ozdrowienie Sp. Is Required To Complete The Task. Z O. O. Taking The Above Into Account, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Permission To Work On The Property Of Enea Ozdrowienie Sp. Z O. O. Issued By The Owner Of The Devices And Submit Them With The Offer.
