The Subject Of The Order Is To Keep Playgrounds And Sports Fields, As Well As Public Toilets Located There, Clean And Tidy.2. The Cleaning Products Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order: Liquid Soap, Toilet Paper, Paper Towel And Air Freshener, Will Be Provided By The Contractor On Its Own And At Its Own Expense. Hygiene Supplies Must Be Provided At All Times And Replenished As Needed.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards, Including Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. And On The Terms Agreed In The Contract.4. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Inspect The Performance Of The Works Covered By This Contract At Any Time. 1) Inspections Will Be Carried Out At The Time And In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, As Well As Emergency Inspections Without Informing The Contractor About The Date And Time Of Carrying Out. 2) Inspections May Also Be Carried Out On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays And Outside The Offices Opening Hours By The Ordering Partys Representative Or Security Services.3) The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Inspection.4) Failure Of The Contractor Or His Authorized Representative To Arrive At The Inspection Site Does Not Prevent The Inspection And Preparation Of The Report.5) At The Inspection Site, The Ordering Party May Prepare Photographic Documentation.6) The Contractor Has The Right To Inspect The Inspection Reports At The Ordering Partys Premises.
