Tenders are invited for Acquisition of Pallet Jacks (Goods) Location: Kigali Deadline: Monday, 10/08/2026 14:00 As part of the implementation of its activities, LuxDev, the Luxembourg Development Cooperation Agency, on behalf of the ISHEMA Project Improving Skills for Holistic Employment in Modern Agriculture receiving financial support from the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, seeks to hire an economic operator for the tender of acquisition of Pallet Jacks. The performance period of the contract is 3 months. 1. Objective and expected results of the contract The objective of this procurement is to strengthen the operational capacity of selected Centres of Excellence through the provision of pallet jacks that will support warehouse operations, material handling, logistics management, workshop activities, inventory control, and practical training in warehouse and store management. Expected results include: Supply and delivery of fully compliant pallet jacks as per the technical specifications; Successful inspection, commissioning, and operational testing of all equipment; Training of operators, storekeepers, technicians, and relevant personnel on safe operation, handling procedures, and routine maintenance; Provision of complete technical, operational, maintenance, safety, and warranty documentation; Availability of after-sales support, spare parts, and technical assistance during the warranty period; Improved efficiency and safety in the handling and movement of goods, equipment, agricultural inputs, spare parts, and warehouse inventory; Successful handover and acceptance of all pallet jacks in accordance with the contract requirements. 2.
