Tenders Are Invited For Hiring Of Services Of Legal Advisory For Winding-Up And Other Related Matters

Power Holding Limited (PHL), a company wholly owned by the Government of Pakistan, intends to hire the services of a reputed and experienced law firm to act as Legal Adviser of the Company under the Companies (Appointment of Legal Advisers) Act, 1974. The selected law firm shall provide legal advisory and consultancy services including, but not limited to, legal opinions, vetting and drafting of agreements and legal instruments, corporate and regulatory advisory, representation before judicial/quasi-judicial forums, support in litigation and arbitration matters, advisory services relating to winding-up/liquidation, and other related legal matters as may be assigned by the Company. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004 through PPRA e-PADS/ERMS. Interested law firms meeting the eligibility and evaluation criteria provided in the RFP documents may participate in the bidding process.
