Tenders Are Invited For 463 Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Administrative Services

Entering Into A Non-Exclusive Framework Agreement With Several Suppliers For The Purchase Of Administrative Services Within Organizational, Business And Management Support, Hr, Personnel And Administrative Support, Finance And Accounting, Process, Reporting And Management, Project And Document Administration As Well As Analyzes For Nnd And Ife Nuk, Located In Halden And At Kjeller. Ife Nuk Kjeller Has An Option To Use The Agreement Before The Planned Business Transfer, Which Has A Provisional Date Of 1 January 2027. The Framework Agreement Will Help To Relieve The Organization In Periods Of High Workload And In Case Of Vulnerability Related To Staffing. Nnd Will Carry Out A Business Transfer And Take Over Ife Nuk Kjeller With Around 200 Employees, So That The Supplier Market Must Be Able To Support A Business With Two Locations. The Framework Agreement Will Also Ensure Nnds Access To Services Where There Is A Need To Bring In Specialist Expertise Outside The Companys Own Core Competence. The Services Will Apply To Both Assignment-Based Deliveries And The Hiring Of Labour, Depending On Needs And The Agreements In Force With Union Representatives At All Times. There Will Be A Need For Both Individual Advisers/Consultants And Independent Teams, With The Possibility Of Both Hourly Deliveries And Fixed Price Deliveries. Nnd Currently Has A Framework Agreement With One Supplier Within Several Of The Specialist Areas. This Agreement Is About To Expire. It Is Planned To Enter Into Parallel Framework Agreements Where Call-Off Mechanisms Will Take Place Via Mini-Competitions.
