Tenders Are Invited For Procurement Of Earthworks For Repair Projects 2026 - 2029

The Object Of The Procurement Is Land Construction Works Of A Contract Nature Or Based On Hourly Billing (Hereinafter The Contractor) Ordered Separately From The Contractor By The City Of Nokia (Hereinafter The Client) For Various Sized And Unspecified Construction Projects. The Work Is Performed On A Per-Commission Basis On Properties Owned And Managed By The City Of Nokia. The Client Determines The Content Of The Per-Commission Work. Assignments Can Be Hourly Or Contract-Based Earthworks, Such As Storm Water Repairs, Leveling And Modification Of Yard Areas, And Installation Of Foundations For Maintenance-Related Construction Works. *****************************Four (4) Contractors Will Be Selected For The Procurement Contract. If Not Enough Bids Are Received Or Bids Have To Be Rejected, The Number Of Contractors To Be Selected May Be Less Than Four (4). The Client Can Order Contract Work According To The Request For Bids During The Contract Period Either By Individual Orders (Priority Order Or The Clients Need) Or By Mini-Tendering. The Customer Orders Contract Work From The Contractors In Such A Way That The Priority Order Of The Contractors Is Basically Followed In The Procurement, However, As A General Rule, Always Taking Into Account The Customers Needs. The Customer Has The Right To Consider The Specific Needs Of The Order, E.G. Based On The Necessary Resources And Schedule.******************************** The Customer Orders The Work According To His Needs. The Customer Does Not Commit To Purchase Quantities During The Contract Period. The Duration Of The Contract Is 36 Months. It Is Possible To Extend The Contract With Two 12-Month Long Option Periods. The Estimated Start Date Of The Agreement Is 10/2026.
