Fulton County, Georgia (¿County¿), Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Design, Architectural & Engineering Firms To Provide Design Professional Services For The Planning, Design, And Construction Administration Of A New Approximately 1,800-Bed, 780,000 Sq/Ft Special Purpose Detention Facility To Be Located On The Rice Street Campus In Atlanta, Georgia. The Delivery Method For This Project Will Be Construction Manager At-Risk (Cmar). The County Has Designated This Procurement As Requiring A Joint Venture At The Prime Consultant Level. Each Proposal Shall Be Submitted By A Joint Venture Team Consisting Of At Least Two Independent Firms. A Proposal Submitted By A Single Firm Acting Alone Shall Be Deemed Non-Responsive. The Proposed Joint Venture Members Must Be Identified And Committed To The Team At The Time Of Proposal Submission.
