This Contract Is Intended To Provide Responsive, As-Needed Painting, Pressure Washing, And Surface Preparation Services To Support The Citys Ongoing Maintenance Needs Across Multiple Facilities Within The Metropolitan Atlanta Area.The Resulting Contract Will Establish A Pool Of Qualified Contractors Capable Of Delivering These Services, Define Competitive Unit Pricing, And Provide The City With A Reliable Resource For Timely Response To Maintenance Requests. Work Will Be Assigned On An As-Needed Basis Through Individual Work Orders.
