St. Ciaran’S Community School Is A Primary School That Is Located In Kells, Co. Dublin. The School Is A Two Storey Building Consisting Of Classrooms, Gp Hall And Technology Block Extending To 5,000M2. This Project Entails Works In Decommissioning And Replacing The Existing Emergency Lighting And Fire Alarm System Installations Throughout The Building. Refer To The Drawings For Further Information On The Works To Be Carried Out. The Scope Of The Works Will Be As Follows: • Remedial Works To The Existing Electrical Boards Throughout The Building To Cater For The New Emergency Lighting Installation. • Decommissioning And Replacing Of The Existing Emergency Lighting Installation Throughout The Building And Installation Of A New Emergency Lighting Installation That Shall Be Compliant With I.S. 3217:2023 Throughout The Building. • Decommissioning And Replacing Of The Existing Fire Alarm Installation Throughout The Building And Installation Of A New Fire Alarm Installation That Shall Be Compliant With I.S. 3218:2024 Throughout The Building. • Supply And Installation Of A New Cable Carrier System Throughout The School Building To Cater For The Proposed New Fire Alarm And Emergency Lighting Installation To Be Installed. • The Existing Ict System Installation, Intruder Alarm System, Pa System And Cctv System Installation Shall Be Retained Throughout The Building. • All Electrical Works As Highlighted On The Drawings And The Specifications. • Thorough Cleaning Of The Building Via Contract Cleaners Once All Works Are Completed So That The Building Is Clean And Tidy For Re-Opening Of The Building For The New Term. • All Associated Preliminaries For The Project.
