With This Tender Procedure, The Municipality Of Beekdaelen Aims To Acquire An Area-Wide Species Management Plan (Smp), A Pre-Smp And The Implementation Of Nature-Friendly Insulation (Nvi), Including Supervision Of The Associated Applications For Environmental Permits For Flora And Fauna Activities From The Competent Authority. With This Tender Procedure, The Municipality Of Beekdaelen Aims To Acquire An Area-Wide Species Management Plan (Smp), A Pre-Smp And The Implementation Of Nature-Friendly Insulation (Nvi), Including Supervision Of The Associated Applications For Environmental Permits For Flora And Fauna Activities From The Competent Authority. The Assignment Consists Of One Agreement For The Development Of Three Components. 1. Carrying Out The Nature-Friendly Insulation Assignment For The Municipality Of Beekdaelen; 2. Developing A Pre-Species Management Plan, Including Arranging And Supervising The Associated Application Procedure For A (Temporary) Environmental Permit For A Flora And Fauna Activity With The Competent Authority And Support In Any Objection And Appeal Procedures For The Municipality Of Beekdaelen; 3. Developing An Area-Wide Smp, Including Arranging And Supervising The Associated Application Procedure For An Area-Specific Environmental Permit For Flora And Fauna Activity With The Competent Authority And Support In Any Objection And Appeal Procedures For The Municipality Of Beekdaelen. Beekdaelen Has Approximately 35,903 Inhabitants With Approximately 16,915 Homes. Of These, 72.8% Are Owner-Occupied Homes. The Municipality Of Beekdaelen Has A Total Area Of ​​7,840 Hectares And The Average Density Of The Addresses Is 508 Addresses Per Km2. The Research Focuses On The Built-Up Area. This Amounts To Approximately 12.6 Km². The Research Area Serves As A Basis For Price Formation. The Definitive Research Area Will Have To Be Determined In Consultation With The Province Of Limburg During The First Phase Of The Assignment.
