Tenders Are Invited For Admission Procedure - Wmo Care Region Midden-Ijssel/Oost-Veluwe

The Municipality Of Apeldoorn, The Municipality Of Brummen, The Municipality Of Epe, The Municipality Of Hattem, The Municipality Of Heerde, The Municipality Of Lochem, The Municipality Of Voorst And The Municipality Of Zutphen Jointly Carry Out The Admission Procedure For Tailor-Made Social Support Facilities, But As Individual Municipalities They Enter Into A Framework Agreement With The Individual Providers Who Successfully Complete The Admission Procedure. Each Individual Municipality Therefore Receives Different Framework Agreements With Its Own Providers. Providers Who Supply For More Than One Municipality Will Receive Their Own Framework Agreement With Each Of Those Municipalities. The Assignment Concerns The Provision Of Customized Facilities In The Context Of The Wmo 2015 To Clients. Appendix 1A, The Product Book, Describes Which Customized Facilities The Municipalities Want To Purchase With This Admission Procedure And Which Specific Requirements Apply. The Manner In Which The Municipalities Calculated The Rates Is Included In Appendix 2. In That Calculation, They Explicitly Took Into Account And Complied With Legal Obligations Based On The Municipal Regulations, Article 2.6.6 Wmo 2015, Article 5.4 Implementation Decree Wmo 2015 And Case Law.
