Swift Is Primarily Intended To Facilitate Financial Payment Transactions And Strict Guarantees Have Been Built In To Prevent Fraud. Logius Only Needs Swift For Reporting Account Balances And Not For Real Transactions. In Theory, This Could Also Be Achieved In Another Way, But Logius Must Use The Swift Network For Messaging Between Dutch Banks And The Tax Authorities In The Context Of The Digipoort Service. The Tax Authorities Are (Namely) Connected To The Swift Alliance Cloud (Sac). In Order To Be Able To Use This Network, Logius Has Concluded A Further Agreement In The Past. The Main Components Of This Contracted Swift Service Are: O The Provision Of A Connection To The Swift Network At A Government Data Center Through The Sac; O The Processing Of Messages Supplied By Dutch Banks With Information About G-Accounts Within The Government Data Center; O The Delivery Of These Messages To The Digipoort For Further Delivery To The Tax Authorities. After The Expiration Of The Above-Mentioned Further Agreement, Logius Will Continue To Require Swift Services That Must Be Provided By An External Party. This Concerns A Specific Need For The Logius Organization. This Means That There Is No Government-Wide Or Departmental Interpretation Of This. 2,100,000 Ex Vat Over The Maximum Term Of 8 Years
