The Quality And Support Agency - State Institute For Schools Of North Rhine-Westphalia (Qua-Lis Nrw) Wants To Reassign The Operation Of The Canteen. The Qua-Lis Nrw Runs A Conference Facility With 28 Conference Rooms For 5 To Approx. 200 People As Well As 115 Guest Rooms. As A Rule, Events Last One To Three Days. During School Holidays In North Rhine-Westphalia And On Weekends, Conference Operations Are Usually Suspended Or Are Significantly Reduced, So That Only Qua-Lis Nrw Employees Use The Canteen. Qua-Lis Nrw Intends To Reassign The Management Of The Canteen (Including Kitchen And Additional Rooms) In Its Premises In Soest On February 1, 2027. The Canteen Operation Is Awarded As Part Of A Service Contract In Accordance With Section 103 Gwb. The Client Provides The Contractor With The Infrastructure Required To Provide The Service. The Contractor Bears The Economic Risk Of Operating The Business. The Service Contract Is Limited To 4 Years And 6 Months. It Is Scheduled To Begin On February 1St, 2027 And End On July 31St, 2031.
