The City Of Altena Suffered Massive Damage To The Urban Infrastructure During The Heavy Rain And Flood Disaster In July 2021. As Part Of The Emergency Aid, Some Damage Was Temporarily Repaired, But The Urban Area Still Requires Large-Scale Restoration Measures. The Contents Of This Service Description Are Framework Agreements For Surveying Services, With The Following Area Lots Being Formed: The Following Area Lots Are Being Formed: Lot 1-Water: Brachtenbecke; Lot 2-Water: Linscheider-/Hegenscheider Bach, Other Measures On The Lenne; Lot 3-Waters: Nette - Lower Reaches; Lot 4-Waters: Nette - Upper Reaches; Lot 5-Water: Rahmede. The Subject Of These Framework Agreements Is A Variety Of Architectural And Engineering Services Within The Respective Framework Agreement. Within Each Area, Individual Requests Are Distributed Using The So-Called Cascade Principle. There Will Be No Further Competition.
