The Municipality Of Pernik Implements The Project For Cleaner Air In The Municipality Of Pernik, By Replacing Solid Fuel Heating Devices With Ecological Alternatives, Financed By The Administrative Contract For Grant Financial Assistance (Adbfp) No. Bg16ffpr002-5.002-0002-C01/ 24.04.2024, Concluded Under The Procedure Through The Direct Provision Of Financial Assistance No. Bg16ffpr002-5.002 For Fresh Air! (2) Under Priority 5 Air Of The Program Environment 2021 - 2027. The General Goal Of The Project Is To Improve The Quality Of The Atmospheric Air In The Municipality Of Pernik By Reducing The Emissions Of Fpch10 From Domestic Heating As One Of The Main Sources Of Air Pollution. The Specific Goal Of The Project Is To Replace The Heating Devices Of Households That Use Solid Fuel Appliances (Wood And Coal) For Heating, Replacing Them With Alternative High-Efficiency Modern Ones. The Implementation Of The Project Is In Accordance With The Measures Laid Down In The Program For The Reduction Of Emissions And Reaching The Established Norms Of Fine Dust Particles (Fpc10) And (Fpc2.5), So2, Pah In The Atmospheric Air Of The Municipality Of Pernik With A Period Of Action 2022-2028. Insurance Of Commissioned Rooftop Photovoltaic Systems For Self-Consumption With A Maximum Permissible Power Of 4 Kw, In Combination With Facilities For Local Storage Of The Produced Energy With Supplementing Energy From The Network, Accumulators (Batteries) And Devices That Do Not Allow The Return Of Electric Energy To The Network For Self-Consumption (Hereinafter Referred To For Brevity As Only Photovoltaic Systems Or Object Of Insurance) For An Insurance Coverage Period Of 60 (Sixty) Months, Starting From The Date Of Commissioning Of Each Photovoltaic System.
