The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Low-Voltage Net Active Electrical Energy And The Selection Of A Balancing Group Coordinator For The Needs Of Csmp-Varna, According To The Attached Technical Specification. The Estimated Electricity Consumption Is 405 Mwh, Calculated On The Basis Of The Low Voltage Electricity Actually Consumed By The Contracting Authority For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months Ago. The Price For 1 (One) Mwh Of Net Active Electrical Energy Is Formed As A Sum Of The Monthly Average Base Load Price For The Supply Of 1 (One) Mwh Of Net Active Electrical Energy To The Day Ahead Market Segment Of The Bulgarian Independent Energy Exchange Ead (Bneb) And The Proposed Price For A Fixed Administration Allowance. The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Estimated And Serve To Calculate The Estimated Value Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Is Not Bound To Exhaust The Indicated Estimated Quantity And Maximum Permissible Value. On The Basis Of Art. 181, Para. 2 Of The Zop Is A Certain Way Of Considering The Offers In The Procedure - With Subsequent Selection, I.E. Reverse Conduct Of The Procedure - Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Before Examining The Documents For Compliance With The Selection Criteria. The Procedure For Opening, Examining, Evaluating And Ranking The Offers Is Carried Out In Accordance With Art. 181, Para. 2 Of Zop - With Subsequent Selection, I.E.
