The Participant Selected As The Contractor Should Carry Out Training For The Operation And Maintenance Of The Machine And Certificates Should Be Issued To The Operators Who Have Completed The Training. If Inaccuracies Regarding The Type And/Or Obvious Defects Are Found During The Delivery Of The Vehicle, The Employer Will Not Accept It. The Participant Selected As The Contractor Is Obliged To Correct The Irregularities/Deficiencies Specified By The Contractor And, Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Contract For The Award Of The Public Procurement, To Deliver The Exact Type, Brand, Model, Technical Specifications Of The Requested Car, Corresponding To The Technical Proposal Of The Contractor And/Or Those Without Obvious Deficiencies Or External Damages; In The Event That, After Acceptance Of The Delivered Car, Defects Are Discovered That Could Not Be Noticed During A Simple Inspection, The Contractor Notifies In Writing The Contractor, Who Removes Them At His Own Expense, According To The Conditions Specified In The Draft Contract For The Award Of The Public Procurement;
