The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Technical Service And Maintenance Of The Heating Installation Of The Umbal Sveta Marina Ead, For A Period Of 1 (One) Year. The Services For Technical Service And Maintenance Of The Heating Installation Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification. The Total Estimated Value Of The Current Public Procurement For Its Execution Period, Provided By The Contracting Authority, Is In The Amount Of €113,762.44 (One Hundred And Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred And Sixty-Two Euros And Forty-Four Euro Cents) Excluding Vat. It Includes The Value For Subscription Technical Service And The Value Of The Spare Parts And Consumables Necessary For The Performance Of The Contract And Is The Maximum Allowable Value Of The Contract For Public Procurement, With Which The Contracting Authority Limits Itself, But Is Not Obliged To Spend It. For The Provision Of Subscription Technical Service, The Contracting Authority Has Provided An Amount Of No More Than 97,190.00 Euros (Ninety-Seven Thousand One Hundred And Ninety Euros), Excluding Vat, And The Difference Between The Estimated Value Of The Order And The Value Offered By The Participant For Subscription Support, The Employer Has Provided For The Payment Of Spare Parts And Consumables Provided By The Contractor In The Order Specified In The Contract. Before A Specific Need To Insert Spare Parts And/Or Consumables Arises, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Request From The Contractor A List (Specification) And A Price Offer Of The Most Frequently Inserted Spare Parts In The Repair Of The Heating Installation Equipment, To Be Purchased By The Contracting Authority And Kept In Stock In Its Warehouse.
