The Subject Of The Current Public Procurement Is Related To The Implementation Of Construction Activities (Smr), As Follows: Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Construction Of A Main And Secondary Sewerage Network With Scope: Main Collector I With A Length Of 663 M And Adjacent Secondary Branches 1 And 4 With A Total Length Of 350 M. The Order Covers The Following Activities: - Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works, Including Supply Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Labor Force And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Approved Technical Project And Bill Of Quantities; - Activities To Put The Site Into Operation; - Warranty Liability For The Periods Of The Warranty Periods Offered By The Contractor For The Individual Types Of Construction And Assembly Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 31.07.2003 For The Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites. For The Site, There Is An Approved Investment Project And Issued Building Permit No. 771 Of 11.12.2023, Amended And Supplemented By Orders No. 19/31.01.2024 And 134 / 26.09.2025. The Construction Is Ii (Second) Category, According To The Issued Construction Documents.
