The Awarding Of This Public Procurement Is By Invitation To Certain Persons, On The Basis Of Art. 20, Para. 3 In Connection With Art. 191, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa), And In Connection With Art. 162 Of The Law On Territorial Planning And Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 8 In Connection With Art. 12, Para. 1 Of The Copyright And Related Rights Act. The Municipality Of Kaolinovo Has A Contract With Investicionno Proektirane Eood, With The Subject Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase For An Object: Reconstruction Of A Municipal Road And Streets On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Kaolinovo Under Two Separate Positions, Separate Position 2: Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase For An Object: Reconstruction Of Streets On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Kaolinovo. In This Sense, The Contracting Authority Is Obliged To Entrust The Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Project To The Person Who Holds The Copyright On The Project. In View Of The Above And In Accordance With The Estimated Value Of The Order, The Procedure For Awarding The Public Order Has Been Determined, By Means Of An Invitation To A Certain Person, On The Basis Of Art. 191, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Civil Code.
