The Subject Of This Contract Is The Delivery Of 2 Injection Molding Machines Including Accessories As Part Of A Subsidy Project Implemented As Part Of The Technology And Application Operational Program For Competitiveness Entitled Replacement Of Energy-Unsuitable Technologies In The Company Hajdik Molding S.R.O. - Phase Ii Registration Number Cz.01.04.01/01/24_049/0009124 The Technical Parameters Are Determined With The Understanding That The Contracting Authority Allows Their Modification While Maintaining The Principle That The Performance And Range Parameters Are Determined As Minimum And Power Input, Size And Weight Parameters As Maximum, Unless Otherwise Specified For A Specific Parameter, With A Tolerance So That The Device Can Be Installed In The Place Designated For This Device. This Contract Also Includes Transport Including Insurance, Supervision Of Assembly, Commissioning And Operator Training At The Place Specified By The Client. The Selected Supplier Is Responsible For The Fact That The Order Will Be Delivered Complete And Will Contain All Parts Necessary For Flawless Operation. Only Original (Not Refurbished) Components Will Be Used For Production. The Technical Specification Sets The Basis For The Minimum Requirements For Function, Performance, Service Life, Etc. If The Zd Or Its Annexes Contain Specific Trade Names Or Brands, This Is Only A Definition Of The Required Standard, And The Contracting Authority Allows For Other Technically And Qualitatively Comparable Solutions. Technical Specification: Detailed Technical Specifications Of Both Injection Molding Machines And Their Accessories Are Given In Annex No. 1 Of The Purchase Agreement. The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts. The Contracting Authority Does Not Intend To Discuss Offers With The Participants In The Sense Of Article 5.4 Of The Rules.
