The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of A Set Of Technologies Acquired For The Purpose Of Implementing The Clients Digitization Project. The Order Is Divided Into 3 Separate Parts. The Contracting Authority Stipulates That Each Participant Has The Right To Apply Simultaneously For All Parts Of The Contract, Or For Any Of The Parts Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Therefore Allows Partial Performance. The Conditions Set Forth In This Tender Document Apply To All Parts Of The Contract, Unless Expressly Stated Otherwise. Part I - Digital Printer The Subject Of This Part Of The Order Is The Supply Of An Industrial Large-Format Digital Printing System Using Uv Led Ink Curing Technology. The Device Must Be Designed As A Hybrid Printing System Enabling: • Direct Printing On Solid Board Materials, • Printing On Flexible Roll Materials, • Printing In Roll-To-Roll Mode, • Quick Change Between Printing On Plate And Roll Materials. All Hardware And Software Necessary For The Full Operation Of The Device Must Be Part Of The Delivery. Ii. Part - Production Digital Printing System The Subject Of This Part Of The Order Is The Supply Of An Industrial Digital Electrographic Printing System Designed For Continuous Full-Color Printing On Material Fed From A Roll. The Device Must Be Equipped With A System For Unwinding And Rewinding The Print Media And Must Allow Modular Replacement Of The Complete Print Unit While Maintaining The Existing System For Handling The Print Media. The Delivery Must Include All Hardware And Software Equipment Necessary For The Full Operation Of The Printing System. Iii. Part - Finishing System For Label Processing The Subject Of This Part Of The Contract Is The Supply Of An Industrial Digital Finishing System Designed For The Automatic Processing Of Self-Adhesive Labels And Flexible Materials Supplied In Rolls. The Equipment Must Enable Continuous Material Processing In The Roll-Roll Mode And Ensure At Least The Following Operations Within One Technological Unit: • Unwinding Of Input Material; • Digital Shape Cutting Of Labels; • Longitudinal Division Of Material; • Removal Of The Waste Matrix; • Rewinding Of The Finished Product; • Automated Management Of Production Tasks. Digital Cutting Must Take Place Without The Need To Manufacture And Use Separate Mechanical Cutting Dies. Cutting Data Must Be Transferred To The Device Directly From The Control Or Production Software. The Delivery Must Include All Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic And Software Equipment Necessary For The Full Operation Of The Device.
