Subject Of The Procurement Procedure: The Subject Of The Procurement Procedure Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Pursuant To § 131 Zzvz Between The Contracting Authority And One Supplier, For A Period Of 4 Years (Hereinafter Referred To As The Framework Agreement). Subject Of The Public Contract: The Subject Of The Performance Of Public Contracts Based On The Framework Contract Is The Supply Of Diesel Fuel (Diesel Fuel Meeting The Requirements Of Čsn En 590, With A Fame Content Of Up To 7%) By The Supplier To The Clients Tanks Located On The Clients Premises (Litoměřice, Třeboutice). The Subject And Conditions Of Performance Are Specified In More Detail In Appendix No. 3 Zd – Framework Agreement. Public Contracts Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Contract Without Renewal Of The Competition In The Sense Of § 134 Zzvz. The Expected Scope Of The Suppliers Fulfillment Is 12 To 20 Deliveries Per Year (Deliveries Will Take Place Continuously According To The Clients Current Needs, Usually On The Basis Of Individual Orders, With The Assumption Of A Delivery Frequency Of Approx. 1-2X Per Month) With The Volume Of Each Delivery Usually In The Range Of 4,000 - 7,500 Liters. The Client Is Entitled To Request Lower Deliveries (E.G. 3,000 Liters) Or Higher Deliveries (E.G. 8,500 Liters). The Quantity And Volume Of Deliveries Depends On The Clients Operational Needs - With The Clients Current Consumption, It Is About 85,000 - 90,000 Liters Of Diesel Per Year. Currently, The Client Has 2 Above-Ground Tanks, Namely The Fuelmaster Bfm09000dg Tank With A Capacity Of Approx. 9,000 Liters And The Fuelmaster Pro 5000 Tank With A Capacity Of Approx. 5,000 Liters. Method Of Filling The Tanks: With The Filling Pipe From The Tank Tank Terminated With Euro, Todo, Or Camlok Connections, Filling Must Be Ensured By A Vehicle With A Pump. The Maximum Permissible Filling Speed Is 350 L/Min. The Contracting Authority Points Out That It Is Not Obliged To Award Any Public Contract On The Basis Of A Framework Contract.
