The Subject Of The Public Order Is Construction Work For The Event Expansion Of Cemetery In Vsetín Columbárium Consisting Of The Following Construction Objects: So 01 – Columbarium - Section 1 - 111 Boxes In The Columbarium, 45 Urn Graves So 02 – Columbarium - Section 2 - 300 Boxes In The Columbarium, 68 Urn Graves So 03 – Columbarium - Section 3 - 328 Boxes In The Columbarium, 39 Urn Graves So 04 – Columbarium - Section 4 - 38 Boxes In The Columbarium So 05 - Vegetation Adjustments (For So 01 To So 04) A Total Of 777 Boxes In The Columbarium, 152 Urn Graves The Building In Question Expansion Of The Cemetery In Vsetín - Columbarium, Retaining Wall, Fencing, Paved Areas, Public Lighting - On Plots Of Land Parcel Number 913, 919, 920, 921, 1015, 1016, 1017 And 14796 In The Vsetín District Is Located In Vsetín, Local Part Of Horní Město, In The Existing Area Cemetery, On Plot No. 913, 919, 920, 921, 1015, 1016, 1017 And 14796 - In The Cadastral Territory Of Vsetín, In The Built-Up Part. It Is Newly Proposed To Expand The Existing Cemetery With Small Buildings - Columbariums, Urn Graves, Paved Areas, Access Walkways, Fencing, Landscaping, Furniture And Public Lighting. Part Of The Subject Of Performance Is Also The Subsequent Care Of The Greenery For A Period Of 3 Years. Construction Work Will Take Place During Operation Of The Cemetery, Observatory And Access To The Gardens - Restrictions Described In Appendix Number 9 - Restrictions On Construction Work In The Cemetery. The Implementation Of The Public Contract Will Be Carried Out In The Area Of ​​The Public Cemetery, Which Is A Place Of Worship. For The Entire Duration Of The Work, The Contractor Is Therefore Obliged To Organize And Carry Out Construction Work In Such A Way As To Adequately Respect The Reverent Character Of The Site And To Limit Disturbance To Visitors To The Cemetery As Much As Possible.
