The Goal Is The Preparation Of The Project And The Processing Of Project Documentation Dealing With The Renovation Of The Building, The So-Called Former School In Lipina, Address Lipina No. 60, 766 01 Wallachian Hats. After The Implementation Of The Project, There Will Be A Minimum Saving Of 30% Of Primary Energy Consumption From Non-Renewable Energy Sources Compared To The Initial State Of The Building. 2. The Project Deals With The Use Of The Building As Business Premises, And The Premises Will Mainly Serve As A Community Education Center. 3. The Subject Of The Public Contract For Services Is: - Preparation Of An Architectural Study And Necessary Studies In The Locality, - Processing Of Documentation For Building/Planning Permits (Previously Documentation For Building Permits, Joint Permits), Incl. Conducting Relevant Surveys, - Complete Performance Of Engineering Activities Related To The Processing Of Building/Planning Permits, - Processing Of Documentation For The Implementation Of The Construction Completed Into Project Documentation For The Assignment Of Construction Works Incl. Itemized Budget And List Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Dimensions According To Decree No. No. 169/2016 Coll., - Ensuring The Activities Of The Osh Coordinator In The Design Preparation Phase According To Act. No. 309/2006 Coll., As Amended. The Project Documentation Will Be Processed So That The Graphic And Textual Parts Of The Project Documentation Are Clearly Consistent. The Individual Stages Of The Project Documentation Will Be Processed In The Formats And Numbers Specified In The Draft Contract For The Work (Appendix No. 2 Of The Text Part Of The Tender Documentation).
