The Subject Of The Work Is The Repair Of The Courtyard Facade Of The Building, Including Related Construction Work, Repairs To Plaster, Pillars, Ceramic Plinth, Replacement Of Selected Elements Of The Facade And Execution Of A New Facade Coating. The Work Also Includes The Necessary Disassembly And Reassembly Of Existing Elements, Protection Of Surrounding Structures, Cleaning Of The Construction Site, Disposal Of Generated Waste, And Handing Over Photo Documentation And A Construction Diary. All Work Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Decision Of The Historic Preservation Authority, Valid Technical Standards And Technological Procedures. The Object Is An Immovable Cultural Monument.
