External Audit Services . The Purpose Of This Request For Proposals (Rfp) Is To Invite Qualified, Experienced Proponents To Submit Proposals For The Provision Of External Audit Services And Related Consulting Services To The Squamish-Lillooet Regional District (Slrd) And The Sea To Sky Regional Hospital District (Ssrhd) For Each Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2026 Through To December 31, 2030 Inclusive (A Total Of Five Years). The Proponent Should Have Experience And Expertise In Performing Audits Of Local Government Corporations And/Or Other Public Bodies, Be Free Of Any Obligations Or Interests That May Conflict Or Affect Their Ability To Perform And Act As The Auditor For The Slrd And Ssrhd And Have The Capacity To Provide This Service In A Timely Manner. It Is Intended That A Final Contract Will Be Negotiated With The Successful Proponent And Such Contract Shall Include, But Not Be Limited To, Annual Financial Statement Audit Services And Consulting Services As Determined By The Slrd. The Rfp Is Intended To Provide Proponents With Sufficient Relevant Information About The Services Requested To Enable Them To Submit An Appropriate Proposal.
