Microchip/Microsemi License Options . Ssc Owns Microchip/Microsemi S600 Ntp Servers For Use On Its Networking Infrastructure. The S600s Currently Rely On Local Authentication And Self Signed Certificates. Furthermore The S600s In Their Default Configuration Use Deprecated Cryptographic Protocols. We Require These Licences In Order To Conform To Treasury Board Guidelines. Failure To Acquire These Licences Would Leave This Service Out Of Compliance With Tbs Policy.
